Mumen Rider
Although he's not the strongest of the main characters in One Punch-Man, Mumen Rider stands out for his determination. He's a C-class hero who patrols the streets on his bicycle and is an incredible cyclist.

She is also the leader of the Blizzard group of heroes and holds class B and rank 1 in the Association of Professional Heroes. Although her powers are strong, Fubuki is very protected by her older sister.
Sonic Speed
Sonic is one of the first characters we are introduced to in the game. He is one of the main characters in One Punch-Man and often appears in search of a confrontation with the protagonist.
His powers, as his name suggests, involve sonic speed and his style and appearance are those of a ninja. He got into a fight with Saitama for the first time because of a misunderstanding and since then he's been out for revenge for being defeated. Despite all this, Sonic is not a bad person, just rather hard-headed.
Puri-Puri Prisoner
Puri-Puri Prisoner is one of One Punch-Man's most beloved main characters. He is known for his muscular appearance and his sweet, affectionate way with everyone.
His abilities include super strength and his own fighting style known as "Fallen Angel". The character also shows a very strong sense of justice, winning everyone over with his endearing personality, almost always standing out among the other characters in the series.
Vaccine Man
Although it sounds like a lot, this isn't Vegeta from Dragon Ball, but another of the main characters in One Punch-Man. He is presented as the first real villain to appear in the series and face off against Saitama.
His abilities are all based on elements of nature and his appearance is that of a giant monster with two antennae coming out of its forehead. His aim is to punish humanity for destroying nature so that he can protect it from human irresponsibility.
Dr. Genus
Dr. Genus' ability makes his intellect the greatest among the main characters in One Punch-Man. Due to his experiments, the scientist has the appearance of a young man, but his age is much more than meets the eye.
He is the founder and former head of the now-defunct House of Evolution, a building that served as a base for his studies on achieving human perfection through artificial evolution. Today, the House of Evolution has been destroyed, but Dr. Genus has managed to become known worldwide as a scientist.
Genos
Genos is one of the most popular characters in One Punch Man. He is a powerful cyborg who is always looking to become more skilled and adopted Saitama as his master after witnessing a demonstration of his superhuman strength.
He decides to move in with Saitama, living with him to learn from his lifestyle. His personality is very serious and he is determined to become the strongest hero to save the earth and avenge his family. In the Heroes Association, he is class S and is known to many as "the Cyborg Demon".
Garou
Despite being only human, Garou is one of One Punch-Man's strongest and most feared main characters. He is a villain with a fixation for monsters and calls himself a "Hero Hunter".
The boy is a prodigy when it comes to martial arts and was a disciple of the character Bang. However, he ended up being expelled from the dojo because he was the cause of a huge mess there. Members of the Heroes Association consider him a serious threat to the organization and also to the Monsters Association.
Tatsumaki
Tatsumaki is one of the most powerful of One Punch-Man's main characters, but all this power has come with a side effect: she is trapped in a child's body forever, even though she is already 28 years old. Her abilities include telekinesis (which allows her to move objects with her thoughts) and she is capable of destroying entire cities, such is her power.
Her personality is that of a willful person who hates being the butt of jokes from Saitama and Genos, who treat her like a "brat". She also only goes into combat if she decides to do so, which is an extra headache for the Heroes' Association, which is trying its best to keep her in line. She holds the S class and rank 2 in the association and is extremely protective of her younger sister, Fubuki, whom she also considers to be her pupil. Together, the two are known as "the Psychic Sisters".
Boros
Boros is one of One Punch-Man's greatest antagonists and main characters. His power was universally known as one of the strongest. He was called Lord Boros by his subordinates and led the Dark Matter Thieves group, made up of aliens and responsible for the destruction of A-City.
Like Saitama, Boros went through a period of existential crisis and evolved into the most powerful being in the universe. As a result, no fight thrilled him any more and he jumped from planet to planet in search of a worthy opponent. This search led him to Earth, where he ran into Saitama, who eliminated him forever.
Saitama
Of all the characters in One Punch Man, Saitama is the strongest. Not just because he has the power of protagonism on his side, but also because of his enhanced abilities that prevent any fight he gets into from lasting more than a single punch from him.
He trained intensively for three years after saving a child in order to become a recognized hero. His physical effort even caused his hair to fall out, but it paid off as he became the strongest person on Earth. Like Boros, Saitama is bored by the ease with which he defeats his opponents, which provokes several moments of reflection.
