Who is Charlotte Linlin?
The character has a troubled past, being a little girl born to humans who ended up being exiled at the age of 5 for having an uncontrollable temper and causing several accidents in the place where she lived. She was sent to Elbaf as a child and was taken in by Mother Carmel in the House of Sheep.
This house was like an orphanage, a place where children from different backgrounds could call home. This is the first record we know of Charlotte Linlin in One Piece. However, even though she was in the House of Sheep, the little girl continued to get involved in incidents and, during the Winter Solstice Festival, Linlin ended up devastating the entire village due to her obsession with semla.
After losing control that night, Mother Carmel thought it best to move Linlin and the other children to a new island, where the little girl ended up eating one of the Devil's Fruits. Charlotte Linlin met Streusen, an ex-pirate with whom she got together and began her life of crime.
